For many companies, the attitude survey has established as an instrument for measuring the employees' contentment respective the “company athmosphere”. It is also a good way to direct employees' attention to certain issues and thus induce a change.
The employees contentment analysis is done anonymously with questionnaires, maybe online. Within a company agreement, the management and the works council choose the content and the questions. Results of the evaluation are given to executives and the works council who are then responsible for communicating them to the employees.
