By registering as a partner of Working-in-Germany, you accept the following general terms and conditions for registered partners (below called "partner-conditions").
The partner closes the contract for using the services with Angela Bauer, Aiblingerstrasse 44, 83052 Bruckmühl, Germany. Further contact data can be viewed on the contact page. The services of Working-in-Germany are only offered to persons of full contractual capability.
The websites of Working-in-Germany enable users to become partners by a paid registration. The partner thereby acquires the rights to make and change own entries. The entries are provided to the users.
Payment amounts are as in the price list. The prices listed there are binding. Payment is due as soon as the invoice for the whole contract duration is issued. Payment has to be done by bank transfer to the specified account, with the partner specifying his complete name, username and the invoice number. Within maximum 3 days after the payment has arrived on the account, the electronic registering for the web services will be effected.
Partial or incorrect amounts of payment will be re-transferred to the partner by Working-in-Germany, while each time an administrative fee of 5.00 Euros is retained.
Issuing invoices is done online only. The invoice is sent to the partner via email after registration data has been entered. The partner agrees that invoices will be sent on no other ways, like via post, fax etc.
Working-in-Germany makes the information provided by the partner available to the users as far as those data do not violate legislation, general terms and conditions or these partner conditions. Working-in-Germany will not become contractual partner of contracts closed by users and partners.
The partner has to register before using the administrative webpages of Working-in-Germany.
Once registering, every partner receives an individual password for accessing the own online-account. The account is not transferable. The partner is obliged to not pass on the login data to others. When the login data is lost, it will be sent to the partner again, on request. Responsible persons at Working-in-Germany do not pass on the login data to others.
By completing and sending the electronic online registration form, the partner makes an offer for closing the contract for the usage of Working-in-Germany's administrative websites. Working-in-Germany accepts that offer by establishing the partner's online account after the payment has been done. This accepting effects the contract between the partner and the responsible persons at Working-in-Germany.
Working-in-Germany reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without stating any reason.
The partner assures that all data that were given in the registration form are true and complete. The partner is obliged to report any changes of his or her data to Working-in-Germany immediately. Use of pseudonyms or pen names is not allowed.
The partner assures that he or she is of full age when registering.

The duration of the contract for accessing the partner-account is part of the purchased service and thus listed in the price list. It starts on the date on which the purchased online services start to be provided by Working-in-Germany. After the contract has expired, the access will be automatically blocked. The partner is free to restore access later by registering again. For extending the contract duration the partner transfers the charge again, before the old contract expires, subsequent to which the old contract duration will be extended by the standard duration from the last day of the old contract on, independently on the date of new payment.
In case the partner violates these terms and conditions or legislation or rights of others or in case of other factually justified reasons, Working-in-Germany is entitled to cancel the contract without notice, to delete his or her entries in Working-in-Germany and to refuse his or her re-registering. Responsible persons at Working-in-Germany reserve further claims.
Grossly negligent or nocent behaviour of Working-in-Germany entitles the partner to early cancellation of the contract. In this case, the partner is entitled to claim back charges of months still to come that have been paid already.
If the partner cancels within the contract duration, hi or her account is deleted. In this case, he or she is not entitled to any claims of already paid money.
Cancellation must be done in written.
Working-in-Germany is entitled to refuse to provide services to anyone without stating any reason. In this case, Working-in-Germany completely transfers back already paid money without retaining any parts of it.
Working-in-Germany is not liable for any of the partners' provided contents, data and/or information or for contents of external websites that are linked on ArbetsRatgeber websites. Working-in-Germany especially does not guarantee correctness of those contents or that they serve or can be useful for any certain purpose.

Especially no personal data of the partners will be unauthorizedly passed on to others or in any way made known by others.
Working-in-Germany reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without stating any reasons, unless not reasonably imposable to the partner. Working-in-Germany will report any changes to the partner in time. If the partner does not object to the new terms and conditions within two (2) weeks after the reporting then the new terms and conditions are deemed accepted by the partner. Working-in-Germany will make the partner aware of his or her right to object and of the importance of the time-limit for objecting.
